Lead Strip Manufacturing Line

The machine allows the continuous casting of lead alloy with a production capacity of 3.5 t/h or 1.5 t/h to produce a strip with width up to 200mm and thickness up to 12 mm.  A twin coiling system ensures the continuous operation of the line.

This is the state-of-the-art technology for punched grids with a speed of 250 strokes/min.The two most notable features are: 1) continuous strip flow (no stop&go operation) and 2) no need for lubricants. The system can easily  punch all lead alloys and accommodate different grid designs.

Wide Strip Casting & Rolling Line

This line performs the continuous casting of lead strips with a width of the raw strip be up to 320mm and a thickness of 13 mm. The line is comprised of the following main  parts: the lead melting furnaces, the casting unit, the rolling mills, and the coiling system.

IPPL – Industrial Plate Production Line

This line is designed to produce positive tubular spines and plates for industrial applications. A first unit performs spine die-casting, cropping, and gauntlet insertion. A second unit performs paste filling, bottom bar closing and welding, washing, and palletizing.
